How can I request or recommend a book purchase for the library?
A way for faculty and students to suggest books, ebooks, textbooks, databases, or journals for purchase.
Answer
The Library welcomes suggestions for textbook purchases from faculty. Please note that textbooks in electronic form are strongly preferred; however, we will consider all available options. If you would like to suggest a title for purchase, please use our textbook request form.
Note that not all publishers allow libraries to purchase ebook versions of textbooks. If a textbook does not have an e-version, please consider using an alternative title from OER sources like OpenStax, Open Textbook Library, or CUNY Academic Works.
